Ideal location with spacious rooms.

Location was great, just 1.3km from important sites. The breakfast was lousy and boring. Quilt cover was dirty and stained.

Location in Prati area was convenient. Room well appointed. Spacious 1 bedroom suite. Comfy bed and pillows.

Some light switches were faulty. Bright lights on the exterior of the building lit up my room at night interfering with sleep.

The room is clean and comfortable.

The do not disturb sign was placed on the door, but they entered the room, cleaned it, and i contacted the reception, who apologized and didnt do anything else It was a bit annoying.

Excellent breakfast and a quite place to live in.

The hotel is in the safety parity area walking distance to Vatican museum. The community is safe, no worries about the safety issue.The breakfast is fantastic especially the bread and cake.

The free bottle in the water only offered in the first day.If you need other bottle the other days, you need to go to the bar to ask for another new bottle. The waitress in the cafeteria cannot speak English very well. If you want fried eggs or Omelet,you also need to ask for it seperately.

Wonderful

Super nice and kind staff at the reception and guest relations! Very nice district, safe, charming. We didn't take breakfast, so cannot judge.

Hotel is not the newest, e.g. elevators not new, but that didn't make our visit worse. Maybe would make sense to somehow separate the reception area from the restaurant area.

The key wasn’t working. The food for the standard of Italian food wasn’t the best. The room was on small side

Good location in quiet area within easy reach of main attractions.

At time of visit there was some internal building work being carried out - not intrusive in any way. I assume that this will be a bar/ restaurant refurbishment as there was no bar or comfortable seating area at time of visit.

Good location for city sightseeing

Room was ok- small, but I was on my own. The bed was very comfortable and good pillows. Breakfast excellent with a great selection of different foods. Staff helpful and spoke good English. Hotel in good position to go sightseeing on foot. Incredible city!

Paying for water!! Many hotels now have a drinking water system where you can refill your own bottle or glass. The lifts were slow and often had a mind of their own

Location is great and so is the view.

Room was not cleaned properly, found breadcrumbs next to the bed. Shower was moldy. Rooms are small.
